ML28 Madrid Urban Hub is the only urban office campus offering a central Madrid location. The campus extends to over 16,300 sqm, including the main building (dual core) and Building X (619 sqm). The two are fully interconnected, but functionally self-contained.

The lobby has been intentionally designed to evoke a sense of openness and connection to the outdoors, presenting a unique introduction to the building. Full-height windows frame views of the open-air courtyard, where a magnificent pomegranate tree presides over a wash of luxuriant greenery.

Office floors.

ML28 Madrid Urban Hub offers versatile floorplates attuned to today’s fluid and collaborative ways of working, prioritising personal connections and a sense of community.

This innovative design centres on a network of sunny patios and skylights that let natural light flood into the interior. The original copper-toned beams from the 1980s have been carefully preserved.

For users with an educational remit, a spacious and functional classroom area will offer a supportive environment for learning and collaboration.

Building X.

Building X is a versatile, two-storey structure of over 600 sqm, designed to support a diversity of needs and uses. Its modern, functional architecture allows for a remarkable flexibility, allowing the space to be tailored to any required use.

Open, modular spaces lend themselves to any need, whether that’s a library, auditorium, activity space, research, teamwork, private offices or meeting rooms.

Garden Floor.

On the Garden Floor you’ll find versatile outdoor spaces that can be used in a multitude of ways, as venues for events, conferences and meetings or simply a place to refresh and recharge.

Also on this floor is the canteen, offering a temporary escape from the intensity of corporate life. Spilling out to the gardens beyond, this inviting space encourages users to relax, connect and enjoy their time out over lunch or an informal chat.

Nearby, the Wellness Zone is an oasis of calm, where users can switch off, unwind and re-energise.

Changing rooms and showers provide direct access to a pickleball court, presenting the opportunity to try a new, fast-paced racket sport, easy to pick up and fun for beginners and pros alike.
